Great little hotel restaurant. Surprising since most hotel restaurants are a little lacking. I don't usually review hotel food since they're, for the most part, a last minute resort or a product of laziness on a leisure trip, like this time around.
I had their chowder and quesadilla to start and their ribeye steak to finish. All of them were wonderful. I would not have thought they were a simple hotel restaurant.
Great food! Specially for Seattle where it rains all the time and us Californians would rather tuck ourselves in the hotel and sleep on a rainy day. So, definitely check the Bistro on Yale out, not as a last resort, but as actually part of your plans! :) -

Not that great. I won't be coming back here again. The crab cakes are frozen and don't even look appetizing. I also had the chicken Elena which was a disappointment. It was just grilled chicken with some weak sauce that lacked taste. Mash potatoes were alright though.

I have been here a few times staying at this location. The restaurant and bar serve the same menu. I sat at the bar side. This time around I had the Wedge Salad for dinner. It was perfect and hit the spot.
In the past I have had the burger which is good with steak fries. (ask for extra crispy)
Good selection of beers/wine. Bartender who does it all (bartender, waiter, server) is awesome.
It's a good alternative if your not in the mood to venture out. -

My most limited review. I had a big lunch and wasn't very hungry. While at the bar, someone ordered fries. The smell was wonderful so I asked the other patron about the taste. After receiving a thumbs up response, I ordered my own order of potato heaven. New oil, perfectly done served with a side of ranch. Wow is all I can say. Best fries ever!!

Located in the SpringHill Suites by Marriott this is a hidden treasure in South Lake Union. The food prices are very competitive, especially during happy hour. Drink prices are clearly where the money is made here but the drinks are good quality. All in all recommend this bar.
